Already installed, and giving trouble
Most of our work is on equipment somebody else built. If it is installed and it is not doing what it should, start here.
- No one supports our cell. The original builder is gone, or will not attend site.
- PLC and controls fault finding. Recurring faults that have not been resolved.
- Recommissioning. Equipment moved, stored or left idle.
- New product changeover. A cell that has to run something it was not built for.
- Machine guarding. Guarding flagged by an audit, an insurer or an incident.
